CUSTOMIZATION GUIDE
Welcome to FM RACING, manufacturer of high quality shirts, trousers and clothing! We are able to create customized sweaters and trousers for Motocross, Downhill, Enduro, Mountain Bike and BMX for teams and riders, we can also make personalized polo shirts, t-shirts and sweatshirts and more.
The purpose of this Guide is to help you understand what information is required for a complete customization request. It is also important to understand some fundamental aspects to understand the processing steps and what the unknown factors could be that could lead to an increase in the quotation price or a delivery delay. For this reason we invite you to read this guide carefully and to follow as closely as possible the requests expressed.
We remind you that sending a customization request does not in any way bind the purchase of any type of material, but it is important to point out that if the artwork is requested but not the sponsor material, the cost will be recognized of graphic realization equal to € 25 hour.
For a correct reading of the customization price list, it must be taken into account that the prices are indicative and may be subject to variation, as additional work may be presented which may affect, in addition, each order will be counted individually and it will not be possible to accumulate with previous orders.

Here you can find downloadable PDF files, with which you can request a sponsorship or order sponsor material.
Once the PDF has been opened using Adobe Reader XI, it is possible to compile each of its fields, after which you can send the document to grafica@fmracingmx.com

The compilation of the customization order must be specified carefully, with the selected model code, colors, any customer graphic, size, sponsor logos with indicative provision, any name and number and send all the material to grafica@fmracingmx.com
PRACTICAL TIPS
It is recommended to send the sponsor files in .pdf / .ai or .jpg format in good resolution. In the event that the material sent is of poor quality, it may affect the processing time, the cost or the quality of the graphics. If it is necessary to reconstruct a logo due to poor quality, a processing fee will be required, quantifiable at the time of processing.
Creation of drawings by the FM Racing graphics office, which will send the client the presentation artwork. The Design office reserves the right to position and justify the graphic, so as to obtain an optimization of the garment, and remains available to the customer for advice and needs by writing to graphic@fmracingmx.com
PRACTICAL TIPS
The processing times to receive the Artwork file from the Design office is about 5 working days from the time of receipt of the material, a careful sending of the material with clear specifications can facilitate the processing, also the not careful and accurate information can lead to delays of processing. The graphics department will proceed with the production only after the acceptance response to proceed by the customer.
Upon confirmation of the artwork by the Customer, the production of the requested order will start with the specifications sent.
Delivery times may vary from 10 to 30 working days, and will depend on the production department that will undertake to communicate the date of shipment of the goods at the time of order confirmation.
